Our 2024 Prices

Applicable until 15/12/2024 (attention: higher rates and more restrictive conditions on partner sites where a commission is added).

NB: the exclusive rental of our rooms in "residence" is not possible (understand "without any breakfast or meal at the restaurant") The aquatic area will be an additional €15 per person per day. Choose instead our furnished apartments in our annex.

Certain periods and categories of rooms can only be booked by email or telephone. "No availability" on certain sites does not always mean that the hotel is full.

• Reservations are only considered firm with a deposit of 30% (50% for groups) paid by credit card, bank transfer, ANCV (3% commission), or by check.
• Cancellation conditions: cancellation free of charge up to 15 days* before your arrival (2% bank charges if deposit paid by credit card). After this deadline:
• 30% of the stay retained by the hotel (50% for groups)
• if cancellation less than 7 days in advance: 50% of the stay debited
• no show or same day: 100% of the stay debited
• Accommodation for children under 3 = €12/day
• Tourist tax: €2.75/day/person
• Half-board: €44/day (single menu dinner + breakfast)
• Buffet breakfast: €15/day (adult), €9 (child under 12)
• Closed garage: car = 9€/day, motorbike = 5€/day, bicycle = 3€/day (weekly car package = 50€)

NB: the exclusive rental of our rooms in "residence" is not possible "no more kitchen in the rooms" (understand "without any breakfast or meal in the restaurant") supplement of 20 € per day/person for access to the swimming pool. Choose our furnished apartments in our annex instead.

• Free Wi-Fi access available in the hotel lounge and in the rooms
• Pets allowed in the room €10 per day (damages automatically charged), not allowed in the restaurant (except guide dogs and small silent dogs in bags)
• Methods of payment accepted: credit card, American Express, checks, cash (except 500 euro notes), holiday vouchers (3% commission)

Arrivals from 4:30 p.m., departure before 10:30 a.m.

In low season: reception closed from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

*1 month for the week of December 31 and July 14 to 15 August

*1 month for groups all year round (no group reception the week of 31/12, during the Marseille ski holidays, and from 14/07 to 22/08)

In view of the current context, we will apply the orders of the hotel and catering sector in force for any cancellation of stay.
